Pat Millham

Pat Millham joined the Swift Solar team in August 2021 as Chief of Staff. He comes to Swift Solar after 17+ years leading political and advocacy campaigns all over the United States. Pat has a long history of designing, scaling, and executing campaigns in the electoral, advocacy, labor, and corporate government relations spaces. He also brings years of experience in organizational building, public policy, and strategic planning. Most recently, Pat served as the National Director of Advocacy for NextGen America and Chief of Staff to Tom Steyer’s Presidential Campaign. A Pennsylvania native, Pat is a graduate of the University of Pittsburgh, where he majored in Environmental Studies. As a lifelong environmentalist and activist, he is thrilled to align his passion and experience at Swift Solar. In his free time, you can usually find Pat somewhere lost in the woods, whitewater raft guiding, woodworking in his backyard, or spending time with his fiancée and his two cats, Louis and Freddie.
