Harish Donti has extensive experience in operations and management. Harish started their career as a Senior Accounts Manager in Monster.com India Pvt Ltd. From there, they moved on to Cortex Consulting India, where they served as a Managing Partner, specializing in sales, marketing, and talent acquisition. Harish then joined Cortex PH INC as a Vice President of Operations, where they played a significant role in planning, organizing, implementing, and evaluating the organization's fiscal function and performance. Currently, Harish is serving as the Director of Operations at Swift Strategic Solutions Inc. Harish'sexpertise lies in strategic planning, relationship management, and streamlining work processes for improvement.

Harish Donti completed their Bachelor's degree in Computer Science at Osmania University from 1994 to 1998.
