Anke van de Vyver

Anke Van de Vyver currently serves as the Global Head of Rewards at Swift since January 2023. Prior to this role, Anke held various positions at Allianz, including Human Resources Director a.i. and Head of Reward and Performance Benelux from October 2020 to January 2023. Anke's experience also includes serving as a Senior Reward Partner at Ramboll, Reward Consultant at Mercer, and Compensation and Benefits Manager at Vinçotte. At AG Insurance, Anke contributed as Head of Cost Performance Analysis for Life Insurance, successfully establishing a cost allocation model compliant with regulatory standards. Anke began a career in compensation and benefits at BNP Paribas Fortis and Donaldson. Anke holds a postgraduate degree in Tax Law/Taxation and a Master's degree in Business Administration with a major in Human Resources Management, both from Odisee.
