Audrey Ng

Audrey Ng is an experienced professional currently serving as the Head of Agile Coaches for the APAC region at SWIFT since December 2020. Prior to this role, Audrey held various positions at Telekom Malaysia from January 2011 to December 2020, including Enterprise Agile Coach, Strategic Account Lead, and Strategic Partner Manager, where responsibilities involved driving key partnerships and developing innovative solutions in the ICT market, particularly involving Microsoft and Cisco. Key achievements during this period include the development of an Office365 acceleration program, the creation of a customer service charter, and leading transformative projects that contributed to significant revenue growth. Audrey also holds a Master’s Degree in Electrical, Electronic and Communications Engineering from Imperial College London and possesses a strong background in marketing and product management, demonstrated through successful product launches and strategic initiatives aimed at enhancing customer experience and satisfaction.
