Cheri F. McGuire

Cheri F. McGuire is the Chief Technology Officer at SWIFT since August 2021, with concurrent roles as a Non-Resident Scholar in the Cyber Policy Initiative at the Carnegie Endowment for International Peace and a member of the Cyber Security Advisory Panel for the Monetary Authority of Singapore. McGuire contributes expertise to initiatives enhancing global financial cyber resilience and has served on the boards and advisory panels of several organizations, including the Cybercrime Support Network and Entrust. McGuire holds an MBA from The George Washington University School of Business and a BA from the University of California, Riverside, with extensive experience in navigating cybersecurity, technology, and financial services.
