Delphine McLellan

Delphine McLellan has extensive experience in HR roles, with a focus on global HR leadership and business partnering. Delphine has worked at several notable companies in their career.

Starting in 2003, they served as an HR Manager for ADT Fire & Security (Tyco Fire & Security Services) in various roles, where they consolidated HR processes across EMEA and provided HR guidance to regional leadership teams.

In 2007, Delphine became the EMEA HR Lead for NMS Communications. Delphine worked closely with the company's global leadership team in the US, providing HR business partnering and support to all European locations.

Delphine then joined Cisco in 2008, initially as an HR Manager for TANDBERG (now part of Cisco), where they supported the integration of TANDBERG employees into Cisco and partnered with various teams across different regions.

Throughout their tenure at Cisco, they held various roles, including HR Business Partner for Cisco's Early in Career Community and HR Business Partner for large sales client groups in EMEA. Delphine also served as the Global HR Lead for Country Engagement, leading global HR teams through changes in the HR Operating model.

Most recently, Delphine joined Swift in 2022 as the Head of EMEA HRBP Team and HRBP Lead for Sales Business Development.

Delphine McLellan completed their education with a Post-Graduate Diploma in Employment Law from CIPD in the years 2005 to 2007. Before that, they pursued an MA European Business and Culture from Oxford Brookes University between 2001 and 2002. Delphine'sundergraduate education was at Université Pierre Mendès-France (Grenoble II) from 1997 to 2001, where they obtained a degree in Maitrise Juriste et Economiste Trilingue.
