Heather Phillips

Heather Phillips is a results-driven communications executive with extensive experience in corporate communications, public affairs, and journalism. They have held significant roles such as Director of Public Affairs at the National Telecommunications and Information Administration, where they managed external communications and developed crisis communication plans. Currently, they serve as Head of Corporate Communications at Swift and have previously led global communications teams at Anthology Inc. and Blackboard. Heather is pursuing a Master of Arts in Communication, Journalism and Public Affairs at American University, as well as a BA in International Studies, Russian, and Political Science from Miami University.
