Herve Valentin

Herve Valentin has extensive experience in Human Resources and talent management, currently serving as the Head of Talent and Data at SWIFT since June 2001. This role includes leadership over Agile transformation initiatives across EMEA, enhancing talent management strategies, and overseeing reference data solutions through SWIFTRef. Previously, Herve held various positions within SWIFT, including Head of HR EMEA Talent & Culture and Head of Securities Markets, as well as a background in business development and lean transformation consultancy. Prior to joining SWIFT, Herve worked at Euroclear, managing custodian banks' networks and operations. Educational accomplishments include advanced programs at IESE Business School and Vlerick Business School, along with a degree in Commercial Engineering from Université catholique de Louvain.
