Julie Bolan

Julie Bolan is an accomplished leader with extensive experience in the payments and financial services sectors. Currently the Head of Payments APAC and Head of Business Innovation for Oceania at SWIFT, Julie drives the payments markets strategy and engages with key stakeholders across the financial community. Prior to SWIFT, Julie held significant roles at Bank of Queensland, managing a ~$100m portfolio and overseeing complex regulatory projects. At Westpac, Julie advanced through various leadership positions, culminating in roles such as Head of Financial Crime Programs & Transformation and Director of Payments, where substantial contributions were made to product strategy and transformational initiatives. Julie holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Technology Sydney.
