Marc Lefevre

Marc Lefevre is an experienced Scrum Master and Agile Coach currently employed at Swift since February 2023. As the owner of Marsys sprl since January 2006, Marc specializes as a Kanban trainer. Previously, Marc held key positions such as Team Leader of Development Support at Le Forem from September 2021 to February 2023, Project Manager Scrum Master at UCB for a brief period in mid-2021, and Scrum Master roles at Mastercard and FEDERALE Assurance-Verzekering, where responsibilities included managing teams and leading projects that focused on significant applications in banking and insurance. Additional experience includes serving as R&D Manager at Agilys, focusing on the popular MyShopi application, and leading mobile banking initiatives for Deutsche Bank Belgium. Marc holds a Master's degree in Computer Science from Université libre de Bruxelles, obtained between 1995 and 1999.
