Melissa Sternberg is an experienced professional with a strong background in human resources and environmental, social, and governance (ESG) initiatives. Currently serving as the Global Head of ESG at SWIFT since May 2019, Melissa also holds the position of Americas Head of HRBPs and Learning, as well as Senior Global HR Business Partner. Prior to SWIFT, Melissa worked at Capco as a Human Capital Business Partner from August 2014 to May 2019, and held HR roles at ITOCHU International Inc. and NYFF Events. Melissa began career as a Senior Recruiter at Medix Staffing Solutions. Educational qualifications include a Global Competent Boards Certificate in ESG from Competent Boards and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology with a minor in Sociology from Rutgers University.
