Olena Soboleva

Olena Soboleva is an accomplished business analyst currently employed at Swift since September 2024. With prior experience as a Business System Analyst at Trinetix from February 2020 to September 2024, Olena specialized in research, business and functional requirements management, backlog design, API documentation, and testing. Earlier roles included System/Data Analyst for Thomas Cook at Ciklum, where Olena focused on requirements elicitation and SQL scripting, and Business/System/SQL Analyst at E-Consulting, concentrating on business requirements and test case review. As a co-founder of the Central Ticket Office, Olena contributed to an online/offline air ticket service and held multiple technical and leadership roles at Mobile Synergy Group.
