Sophia Lyscom

Sophia Lyscom is an accomplished communications professional with extensive experience in internal and corporate communications. Currently serving as the Head of Internal Communications at Swift since February 2016, Sophia has held various leadership roles within the organization, including Corporate Communications Lead and Team Lead for Region Communications across Europe, the Middle East, Africa, and the Americas. Prior experience includes a Senior Consultant position at FTI Consulting EU and a PR Consultant role at Ogilvy Public Relations. Sophia's career began with research and media analysis at Breakthrough PR, and earlier roles involved stakeholder engagement and event management at the EU Fundamental Rights Agency and Tolerance International. With a BA in Medieval and Modern Languages from the University of Oxford and additional studies in International Relations, Sophia brings a strong educational background to a diverse range of communication strategies and stakeholder management initiatives.
