Sven Refflinghaus

Sven Refflinghaus has extensive work experience, starting in 1996 with CSK Software as a Consultant and later becoming a Teamleader Onsite Support. In 2002, they joined gedas Deutschland GmbH as a Project Manager until 2006. Sven then worked at T-Systems as a Senior Project Manager for a short period in 2006. From 2007 to 2015, they held the position of Senior Account Director at SWIFT. Sven then became the Head of Business Intelligence EMEA at SWIFT from 2015 to 2022. Currently, they are the Chapter Lead & Product Manager of the Data and Analytics Tribe at SWIFT.

Sven Refflinghaus obtained a diploma in Computer Science from Frankfurt University of Applied Sciences in the years 1993 to 1997. Prior to that, they completed a vocational baccalaureate diploma in Computer Science and Economic Science from Theodor-Heuss-Schule Offenbach between 1990 and 1992. Sven also holds a degree as an Industrial Manager from Versbach Metallbau, earned from 1988 to 1990. In 2011 to 2012, they attended the Solvay Brussels School of Economics and Management, where they pursued the Management of Financial Transaction Services Program called TransConstellation. Additionally, Sven has obtained certifications such as Certified OKR Practitioner (C-OKRP) - Level 1 from OKR International and completed courses in Hiring an Employee for Managers and Unconscious Bias from LinkedIn.
