Blanca Escalante is an experienced aviation professional with expertise in maintenance management and engineering. Currently serving as Part145 Deputy Maintenance Manager at Swiftair since April 2022, Blanca is responsible for increasing B737 base maintenance scope and integrating staff with contractors.
