Deepa Ganesan

Deepa Ganesan has been working in the Human Resources field since 2015. Deepa began their career as a Property Manager at IT Global Solutions in 2015, where they were responsible for talking to tenants in the UK, maintaining building systems, and preparing and sending out utility bills. In 2019, they joined SwiftAnt as a Human Resources Manager, ISO Co Ordinator, and Content Developer. As an ISO Co Ordinator, they implemented and maintained an Information Security Management Program in compliance with ISO 27001, developed information security policies, procedures, and guidelines, and implemented and operated a process for effectiveness measurement of information security controls. As a Content Developer, they were responsible for performing market research for the solutions developed by the organization, being a part of the African sales and marketing team, and being a part of the ISO 27001 implementation core team.

Deepa Ganesan obtained a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology from Avinashilingam Institute for Home Science and Higher Education for Women between 2007 and 2010. Deepa then went on to obtain a Master's degree in MBA-HR from Bharathiar University between 2011 and 2013.
