Shawn Studholme

Shawn Studholme has over 8 years of experience in Governance, Risk & Compliance. Shawn started their career in 2013 as an Intern at JMH Capital, and an Accounting Intern at MLB CPA, LLP. In 2014, they joined RSM US LLP as an Associate IT Risk Consultant. In 2016, they moved to KPMG as an Oracle GRC Associate - IT Advisory. In 2017, they were hired by Global Atlantic Financial Group as a Sr. IT Audit Analyst. In 2019, they joined A-LIGN as a Sr. Consultant, providing a variety of services related to information security, cyber risk advisory, and compliance solutions. In 2021, they moved to Laika as a Compliance Architect and was promoted to Manager, Compliance Architect. Currently, they are working as the Director of Governance, Risk & Compliance at SwiftConnect.

Shawn Studholme obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Information Systems Audit & Control from Bentley University between 2010 and 2014. Prior to that, they attended Oliver Ames High School from 2006 to 2010.
