Andrew Valle

Andrew Valle has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Andrew'smost recent position was at Charm.io (Swiftline Subsidiary) in 2022, where they served as an Enterprise Customer Success Manager. Andrew developed and implemented a customer-facing support process, managed a portfolio of enterprise-level accounts, and implemented a feature prioritization process.

Prior to that, in 2022, Andrew worked at Swiftline Corp as a Partner Success Manager. Andrew collaborated with internal teams to align partnership initiatives with company strategies, implemented processes to streamline partnership operations, and delivered partner training programs.

From 2021 to 2022, Andrew worked at Mainstay as a Sr. Partner Success Manager. Andrew guided partners through the implementation process, provided client feedback, and managed a portfolio of partners.

From 2020 to 2021, Andrew was a Sr. Enterprise Customer Success Manager at Qotient. Andrew developed and implemented a growth plan for the Customer Success function, led clients through the implementation process, and created customer-facing content.
