Kent Swig is a seasoned real estate investment and development professional with extensive experience in leadership roles. As the Owner and President of HelmsleySpear since August 2007, Kent Swig also serves as the Owner and Co-Chairman of Halstead Property since April 2001. Additionally, Kent Swig has held the position of Co-Chairman at Terra Holdings, LLC since March 1995 and has been the President of Swig Equities since April 1994. Kent Swig's educational background includes a law degree from the University of California, College of the Law, San Francisco, and an A.B. in Chinese History from Brown University.
