Abhijan Ghosh

Abhijan Ghosh serves as the General Manager - Process Excellence at Swiggy since May 2023. Prior to this role, Abhijan was the AGM - Supply Chain at Arzooo from May 2022 to April 2023, where responsibilities included leading process design and warehousing operations across 17 warehouses and 27 hubs, achieving significant improvements in operational speed and reliability. Abhijan also held various positions at Flipkart from July 2017 to May 2022, focusing on process design and efficiency improvements in logistics, resulting in enhanced seller experience and productivity. Previous experience also includes roles at Pepperidge Farm, Carrier Corporation, Tata Technologies, Bosch Rexroth, and others. Abhijan holds a Post Graduate Program in Management for Executives from the Indian Institute of Management Udaipur, a Master of Science in Logistics from Purdue University, and a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical Engineering from CHARUSAT.
