Abhijit Tiwari is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in business development and strategic management. Currently serving as the Director of Food Business at Swiggy since November 2018, Abhijit has successfully led initiatives in growth strategy, unit economics, and customer experience across Central and East India. Prior roles at Swiggy include National Program Manager and City Head, where notable achievements included generating significant monthly GMV and leading city expansions. Previously, Abhijit held key positions at OYO, contributing to the launch and expansion of OYO Life and international operations. Abhijit began a professional journey at Tata Steel as Environment Manager, focusing on environmental compliance, and holds a B.Tech in Environmental Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology (Indian School of Mines), Dhanbad.
