Ankita Bhargava is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the field of Rewards and Talent Management. Currently serving as the Director of Rewards at Swiggy, Ankita has held several leadership positions including General Manager of Performance & Rewards and Head of Rewards. Prior to Swiggy, Ankita worked at Willis Towers Watson as a Consultant in Talent & Rewards and at Vodafone in various senior management roles focused on Rewards. Ankita holds a Master of Business Administration in Human Resources Management from the Management Development Institute, Gurgaon, and a Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics and Instrumentation from Devi Ahilya Vishwavidyalaya.
