Nikhil Khurana has extensive experience in strategic roles within prominent organizations, currently serving as AVP - Revenue and previously as Chief of Staff at Instamart under Swiggy since 2019. Prior positions at Swiggy include AVP - Strategy and CX, Head of Strategy & CX, and General Manager positions across various divisions. Before joining Swiggy, Nikhil worked as a Consultant at Bain & Company, where responsibilities included managing strategic projects in healthcare and operations. Early career experiences also include roles at Strategic Decisions Group and KPMG Advisory. Nikhil holds an MBA from the Indian School of Business and dual degrees in Chemical Engineering (B.Tech. and M.Tech) from the Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi.
