Ramkumar Arumugam is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in product and program management within the supply chain and e-commerce sectors. Currently serving as the Head of Products and Platforms Delivery for Instamart at Swiggy since June 2021, Ramkumar delivers complex programs in qCommerce and supply chain functionalities. In addition to this role, Ramkumar contributes as a faculty member at KnowledgeHut upGrad, specializing in product management and agile software development. Previously, at Cognizant, Ramkumar held positions including BU Lead for Supply Chain and Senior Manager for Digital Transformation, where innovative solutions like the first omni-channel warehouse management system for Walmart were developed.
