Saptarshi Prakash

Saptarshi Prakash is a seasoned design leader with extensive experience in the tech industry, currently serving as the Director of Design at Swiggy since July 2018. With a background in product design, Saptarshi has held various positions including Senior Product Design Manager and Lead Product Designer, contributing to the enhancement of consumer experiences for India's largest food ordering and delivery platform. Prior experience includes roles at Zeta India and Housing.com, where Saptarshi designed innovative solutions and improved user interfaces, utilizing data-driven approaches. Saptarshi's career began with freelance design work, and included a project management role at Cerner Corporation where Agile practices were implemented, resulting in significant improvements in team efficiency. An alumnus of the Indian Institute of Technology, Madras, Saptarshi holds a dual degree in Electrical, Electronics, and Communications Engineering.
