Josh Hardy has held various roles throughout their work experience. Starting in 2010, they worked as an Activities/Assistant Manager at King's Camps for a brief period. In the same year, they also worked as a Recruitment Officer at The King's Foundation-King's Camps, where they conducted telephone interviews and hired coaches for the camps. Josh gained experience in the Marketing and Membership departments during their time there.
In 2011, Josh joined British Cycling as a Marketing Assistant and later progressed to the position of Marketing Executive. Josh worked there until 2014.
From 2014 to 2016, they served as a Digital Marketing and Communications Officer at Loughborough Sport.
In 2016, Josh joined The ASA - Swim England as a Product Manager, where they worked until 2018.
In 2018, they transitioned to Swim England, where they served as Head of Commercial Development until 2019. Subsequently, they assumed the role of Head of Campaigns and eCRM, which they held until 2022. Currently, they are working as the Head of Digital Engagement at Swim England.
Josh Hardy attended Loughborough Grammar School from 2001 to 2008. Josh then went on to study Economics and Politics at The University of Sheffield, where they obtained a BA degree from 2008 to 2011. Additionally, they obtained a certification in "Digital Marketing: Challenges and Insights" from the University of Southampton.
