Ian Jones

Ian Jones has extensive experience in leadership and management, currently serving as Chair and Non Executive Director (Vice Chair) at SWIM WALES since September 2017. Additionally, Ian has held the position of Head of Corporate Support and Deputy Head Of Department at Cyngor Gwynedd Council since March 2017. Ian's academic background includes a CMI Level 7 in Strategic Leadership & Management from Bangor University, an Executive Leadership Programme from Sport Wales / First Ascent, and training from the Chartered Management Institute, coupled with foundational education from Ysgol Syr Hugh Owen.
