Patrick Foley holds a Master's degree in Strength and Conditioning from Cardiff Metropolitan University. Patrick has worked in various roles within the sports industry, including as an Assistant Strength And Conditioning Coach at SWIM WALES, Lead Strength and Conditioning Coach at Newport County AFC, Head Muscle Therapist at The Tuning Room Epi-Healing Centre, and Sales Representative at Giant Bicycles. Patrick also completed a Strength and Conditioning Internship at Parc y Scarlets, where Patrick was involved in return to play programs and assisting with body composition testing for athletes.
