Sian Prigg

Sian Prigg is currently the Head of People at AirPortr, where Sian helps women unleash their true career potential through coaching programs. Sian is also the Founder of Start Sooner, aiming to support women in achieving their career goals. Sian has a background in talent management, learning facilitation, and executive coaching, with experience in roles such as Senior Learning and Talent Manager at Opel Vauxhall Finance and Head Of Human Resources & Talent at t2 Group. Sian holds qualifications in Human Resources Development, Training Practice, and a BA Hons in Law from Brunel University London.
