Greg Towle is an experienced professional in both healthcare and sports coaching. Currently, Towle serves as a Product Specialist in Advanced Surgery at Baxter Healthcare Australia since March 2025. Concurrently, in his role as a Paralympic Performance Coach with Swimming Australia since January 2019, Towle leads the Paris 2024 Campaign as Head Coach, while also managing GT Performance Swimming as Owner and Head Coach since 2012. Previously, Towle was the National Open Water Swimming Coach for Swimming Australia Pty Ltd from 2006 to 2013, where responsibilities included planning and implementing the High Performance Plan for the National OWS Program, participating in two Olympic Games. Academically, Towle holds a Bachelor's degree in Sports Science, Management, and Marketing from Western Sydney University and has completed additional studies in Sports Studies.
