Jacob Templeton PLY is a swim coach, S&C trainer, owner of an online fitness & swim coaching business, and an athlete presenter for Olympics Unleashed. Jacob has been an athlete for Swimming Australia since January 2014. Jacob holds a Bachelor's degree in Sport and Exercise Science from the University of the Sunshine Coast and certifications in Fitness, Health, and Physical Education/Fitness from FIT College.
