Rowan Crothers Oam

Rowan Crothers OAM serves as the Chairman of the Advisory Board for CPL - Choice, Passion, Life, where the board enhances the voice of individuals with lived experience of disability in shaping strategic priorities for the organization. Rowan is also one of the four appointed Athlete Leaders of the Para Dolphins Swim Team for the upcoming 2024 Paralympic cycle and has been a Paralympic swimmer since 2011. In addition to athletics, Rowan engages in public speaking, sharing valuable lessons learned from swimming and personal experiences with disability, successfully raising over $90,000 for various charitable organizations. Previously, Rowan held the role of Youth Ambassador for CPL from 2012 to 2016 and received education at St Laurence's College.
