Scott Glover

Scott Glover is currently the General Manager of People & Culture at Swimming Australia, a position held since November 2023. Previously, Scott served as the Director of People and Culture at Tennis Australia from October 2014 to October 2023, where responsibilities included managing all People & Culture activities for the organization and its affiliates. Prior roles at Tennis Australia included Chief Diversity & People Officer and Manager of Human Resources, where Scott provided strategic leadership and developed HR strategies to meet business objectives. Earlier career experience includes serving as Head of Human Resources and Executive Manager HR (Acting) at Yarra City Council, and HR/IR Officer, focusing on employee relations and HR policy development. Scott holds a Master’s degree in Human Resources Management/Industrial Relations and a Bachelor's degree in Sports Administration/Marketing, both from Victoria University.
