Heidi Woodruff

Heidi Woodruff is an experienced Instructional Designer and educator with a strong background in designing and implementing training solutions and educational programs. Currently serving as an Instructional Designer at PerData and a Unit Coordinator for the Master of Teaching program at Swinburne Online, Heidi has previously held instructional leadership roles at Salesian College Sunbury, where notable achievements included significant improvements in student outcomes through high-impact teaching strategies. With extensive experience in both secondary and higher education, Heidi has also held various music teaching positions and has contributed to curriculum development and teacher professional development. Educational qualifications include a Master of Education in Leadership and Management from the University of Melbourne and a Bachelor of Music Education from The University of Queensland, complemented by a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment.
