Caitlin Mountford

Caitlin Mountford is a seasoned communications professional with extensive experience in leadership roles within not-for-profit organizations. Currently serving as the Communications Manager at Swinburne University of Technology, Caitlin previously held the position of National Marketing and Communications Manager at Fitted for Work from October 2017 to July 2023, where responsibilities included developing and executing marketing strategies and managing fundraising initiatives. Caitlin has been an integral part of various leadership teams and committees throughout the career, notably at Fitted for Work, which focuses on empowering women into employment. Previous roles include a Communications and Project Coordinator at Student Youth Network, and a Social Media Engagement Specialist at RIFF Digital Engagement, with early experience as a Marketing Intern at Student Youth Network and as a Volunteer at the Victorian Women's Trust.
