Gavin Walsh

Gavin Walsh currently serves as the Director of Digital Workplace Experience at Swinburne University of Technology since October 2022. Previously, Gavin held multiple key positions at the University of Melbourne from 2008 to 2022, including Senior Client Services Manager, where leadership of a substantial team focused on support center functions and service improvement initiatives was a primary responsibility. Additional roles included Manager of Service Management, Manager of Service Planning and Design, IT Service Manager, Service Delivery Manager (Infrastructure), and Client Relationship Manager. Gavin's educational background includes a Master of Business Administration (MBA) and a Master of IT Leadership from Deakin University, alongside a Graduate Certificate in Business Administration from Charles Sturt University and a Graduate Certificate in Software Development from RMIT University.
