Jordan Capp has a diverse work experience spanning over 15 years. Their most recent position was as the Head of Digital Marketing at Swinburne University of Technology, where they were responsible for shaping the business requirements for a customer-centric web experience and acting as a Product Owner for Adobe Experience Manager (AEM). They also held the role of Business Lead for Adobe Campaign at Swinburne, where they oversaw the execution of digital marketing campaigns. Prior to that, Jordan worked as the Manager of Marketing Integration, where they provided strategic recommendations and ensured consistent communications across all marketing channels at Swinburne. Before joining Swinburne, they served as the Digital Marketing Manager at Deakin University and held various roles at Hobsons, Acclaim Magazine, and TAOS Entertainment.
Jordan Capp earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from RMIT University between the years 2003 and 2006. Prior to that, they attended Brighton Grammar School from 1990 to 2002 and obtained a Victorian Certificate of Education with a focus on subjects such as English, Japanese, Mathematical Methods, Business Management, Legal Studies, and Biology. In addition, Jordan Capp has also obtained the certification of Certified SAFe® 5 Agilist from Scaled Agile, Inc. in June 2022.
