Reza Mercado

Reza Mercado has extensive experience in learning and development, currently serving as the Learning and Development Project Manager at Swinburne University of Technology since May 2018. Prior roles include Customer Experience & Operations Manager, Open Programs Coordinator for VIC & TAS, and Professional Client Support Agent at the Australian Institute of Management from September 2014 to April 2018. Additionally, Reza worked at Adore Tea from April 2010 to August 2014 as Sales Manager and Sales Assistant. Academic qualifications include a Master of Business Administration obtained from the Australian Institute of Management between 2017 and 2020, a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment from Swinburne University of Technology in 2019, and a Year 12 Certificate from Lake Ginninderra College completed in 2006.
