Carrie Shaeffer

Carrie Shaeffer is a seasoned professional in the construction industry with significant experience in project management and leadership. Currently serving as the Vice President and Director of Aviation at Swinerton since October 2014, Carrie oversees the Government division, which provides design/build and bid-build projects for key agencies including USACE, NAVFAC, NASA, and the VA across the western United States. Previously, Carrie held the position of Vice President at Barton Malow Company from 2002 to 2014 and served on the Board of Directors at LCAA from 2001 to 2009. Earlier career roles include Senior Project Manager/Senior Estimator at Beers Construction Company and Project Director at Skanska USA, both positions held from 1989 to 2002. Carrie earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Building Construction and Economics from Auburn University, graduating in 1989.
