Jon Smith

Jon Smith is a seasoned construction professional with experience spanning over a decade in various roles within the industry. Currently serving as a Preconstruction Manager at Swinerton since September 2022, Jon has previously held similar managerial positions at R&H Construction from August 2018 to September 2022, and has worked as a Project Manager at both R&H Construction and Ellingson Contracting. Jon's early career included roles as a Construction Estimator and a Project Manager with a focus on BIM at Ellingson Contracting. Educationally, Jon holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management from John Brown University, earned from 2010 to 2014. Additionally, entrepreneurial experience includes ownership of Pour Jons Coffee & Tea from 2011 to 2012 and internships at Nabholz Corporation and Ellingson Contracting.
