Matt Mestas

Matt Mestas currently serves as the Division Safety Manager at Swinerton, a role held since February 2022, after previously working as a Construction Manager at ShapiroCM from July 2019 to June 2022. Mestas has extensive experience in safety management and construction, including overseeing safety compliance for multiple high-profile projects in New York City and safety oversight for various construction projects in California. Mestas began a career in safety consulting in 2006, specializing in risk assessment for the construction industry, and has held numerous leadership positions in retail management prior to entering the construction field. Mestas holds a Bachelor of Arts in English from California State University San Marcos, completed in 2006.
