Mike Teng

Mike Teng is the Co-Founder & CEO at Swing Education. Prior to Swing Education, Mike was the Director of Technology Solutions at Rocketship Education from July 2010 to June 2015. At Rocketship, Mike led technology initiatives during a time when Rocketship grew from 2 schools to 13 and from 1 state to 3 states. Initiatives included projects around blended learning, IT infrastructure, rollout of Chromebooks, implementation and integration of a number of assessment vendors, online curricula programs, and data warehousing solutions.

Before their time at Rocketship, Mike was a software engineer at iGware, which was acquired by Acer (later became Acer Cloud). Mike was also a senior software engineer at Factset from July 2004 to February 2008 on the Marquee Server team -- the backend server architecture for a enterprise financial application to host and distribute real time financial data in a scalable and robust way.

Mike Teng attended the University of California, Los Angeles and earned a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science and Engineering.
