Teaching and Support Team

The Teaching and Support Team at Swing Education comprises substitute teachers, including bilingual educators, who provide temporary instructional support to schools. They ensure continuity in student learning during teacher absences. Led by the Response & Resolutions Team Manager, this team also addresses any immediate challenges and coordinates effectively to meet schools' substitute staffing needs.
