Sofie Nygaard

Sofie Nygaard is currently the HR and Administration Manager at Initial Force AS, where they contribute to continuous organizational development and oversee various administrative tasks. Sofie previously worked as a cleaner at DinERP while attending high school and gained experience as a sales associate at H&M and H&M HOME. They served as a kindergarten assistant at Pedagogisk VikarSentral AS from 2020 to 2021. Sofie holds a Master's degree in Business Administration with a focus on Human Resource Management from Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam and a Bachelor's degree in Organizational Psychology, HR, and Leadership from Handelshøyskolen BI.
