Tomek Kopczuk

Tomek Kopczuk is a seasoned technology professional with extensive experience in software development and engineering leadership. As CTO and Co-Founder of Swing Development since March 2013, Tomek has been instrumental in connecting top talent in Warsaw, Poland, with opportunities in the Bay Area. Concurrently, as CTO and Co-Founder of Blade Polska, Tomek focuses on delivering high-quality software solutions. In the role of Head of Engineering at Future Sense Tech Inc, Tomek leads the development of innovative technologies, including 360-degree panoramic solutions and unique voice recognition. Tomek began the career as a System Analyst at Sygnity in 2010, following a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Warsaw University of Technology.
