Joanna Paredes

Joanna Paredes has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and industries. Joanna started their career in 2010 as a Graduate Assistant at Marymount University. In 2011, they joined Rekerdres & Sons Insurance Agency, Inc. as a Claims Manager, where they worked until 2018. Joanna then took on various positions at Swingle Collins & Associates, including Quality Assurance Manager from December 2018 to October 2020, Director of Quality Assurance from October 2020 to August 2021, and currently serves as the Director of Operations. In 2021, they also took on an advisory role for the Management to Leadership Certificate Program at the University of Houston. Additionally, Joanna has experience as a Mitigation Investigative Intern at the Northern Virginia Capital Defender Office in 2010.
