Kashyap Sridhar

Kashyap Sridhar has a diverse range of work experience. Kashyap is currently working at Swingtech as the Head of Product / Tech Lead. Prior to this, Kashyap was the Founder of Alive XR, where they led the User Experience (UX) Research, Strategy, Design, and Development of an AI-based Augmented Reality (AR) immersive User Interface (UI) for First Responders. Kashyap also presented their work at conferences and developed a conversational avatar/chatbot prototype.

Before founding Alive XR, Kashyap worked as an Independent Consultant Advisor & Coach at Avatar Tech and as a Workshop Facilitator & Guest Lecturer at the Maryland Institute College of Art. Kashyap also co-founded and organized VRUXDC.

Kashyap has experience as a Senior Strategy Consultant at iVision Consulting and as a Senior Enterprise Architect at eGlobalTech (eGT). During their time at eGlobalTech (eGT), they led the digital enterprise strategy practice and made significant improvements in system usage and user experience for the GEAR and GSA Real Property Tracking systems. Kashyap also played a key role in winning a $15 million grant for application portfolio rationalization and migration strategies.

Additionally, Kashyap worked as a Business Transformation Consultant at Confiance and as a Business Analyst / Product Owner at MQR Technologies. At MQR Technologies, they provided business analysis and product management support, including researching and improving Apple's demand planning process.

Kashyap's early work experience includes volunteer work at the Society for Manufacturing Engineers.

Kashyap Sridhar holds a Master of Science (MS) degree in Industrial & Systems Engineering from Virginia Tech. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Mechanical Engineering from Anna University. Alongside their formal education, Kashyap has acquired various certifications to enhance their professional skills. These certifications include being a Certified SAFe® 5 Product Owner/Product Manager from Scaled Agile, Inc. (obtained in February 2022), a Certified ALFABET Professional from Software AG (obtained in August 2015), TOGAF 9.0 from The Open Group (obtained in October 2014), a Certified ARIS Professional from Software AG (obtained in May 2012), and a Certificate of Leadership - Vision / Mission / Strategy from the Society of Manufacturing Engineers (obtained in October 2011).
