Hadleigh Ford is the CEO and founder of SwipedOn, a company that provides a seamless solution for registering visitors, contractors, and employees in workplaces since January 2013. In addition to this role, Hadleigh serves as a Trustee for the PINC & STEEL Cancer Rehabilitation Foundation and has held positions on the Advisory Board of The Icehouse - Bay of Plenty and as a mentor for Yachting Ventures. Prior experience includes serving as a Marine Pilot for PrimePort Timaru Ltd, where over 1,000 ship manoeuvres were conducted, and various roles in the maritime industry, including 1st Officer/Relief Captain at MY Pacific and Chief Officer/Relief Captain at Dubai Drydocks. Educational qualifications include a Master Mariner degree and a Diploma of Nautical Science from the New Zealand Maritime School, along with partial studies in Business at Massey University.
