Farouk Meralli

Farouk Meralli has over 10 years of experience in the pharmaceutical and healthcare industries. Farouk is currently the CEO at SwipeRx, a startup that is revolutionizing how patients and doctors access and manage prescriptions in developing countries. Prior to joining SwipeRx, Farouk was the Director of New Product Commercialization at Roche, a global pharmaceutical company. In this role, they were responsible for leading the commercialization efforts for new products in the company's portfolio.

Before Roche, Farouk worked as a consultant for Pfizer and the Executive Office of Health and Human Services. Farouk also served as a strategy consultant for Johnson & Johnson. In 2009, they co-founded WholeVisit.com, an online platform that connects patients with doctors for virtual visits. Farouk also worked as an analyst for sanofi-aventis, a global pharmaceutical company.

In addition to their work in the private sector, Farouk has also been involved with Borderless World Volunteers, a nonprofit organization that provides education and health services to underserved communities around the world.
