Josselyn Neukom

SVP, Public Health at SwipeRx

Josselyn Neukom is the Senior Vice President of Public Health at SwipeRx. Josselyn has over two decades of experience in public health, having worked with both the private sector and government organizations.

Neukom began their career as a consultant, providing support for go-to-market planning, policy and regulatory pathway mapping, public health program design, and public-private partnership negotiation. Josselyn has also served as the interim SBCC Director for a global non-profit focused on improving the health, education and economic empowerment of girls. In this role, they were responsible for designing a Strategic Initiative to strengthen Condom Program Stewardship through the Global Fund's 2021-2023 cycle.

Most recently, Neukom has been working with SwipeRx to expand public health programming to address family planning, HIV/STIs, tuberculosis, COVID-19 and antimicrobial resistance. SwipeRx is the largest digital network of pharmacies in Southeast Asia, and Neukom has been instrumental in developing digital awareness campaigns, education programs, and e-referral systems to improve health outcomes in the region.

Josselyn Neukom received a Master of Public Administration from Princeton University with a focus in economics and public policy. Josselyn also holds a Bachelor of Arts from Dartmouth College in anthropology and African studies.

Josselyn Neukom reports to Farouk Meralli, CEO. They are on a team with Grzegorz Frydrychowicz - Chief Technology Officer, Vasil Rusinov - COO, and Brennan Leong - SVP, Operations.
